Strategy

Restore Utah is currently focused on single and multifamily residential acquisitions and select development opportunities including land and multifamily. Restore seeks the nexus between enhancing communities by providing quality affordable housing for low and moderate income families and earning an acceptable return for its investors.

Single Family Investments Restore’s primary focus to date has been acquiring existing single family homes in Salt Lake, Davis and Weber counties. Since its inception, the firm has acquired over 325 homes, investing over $55mm. Over the next year, Restore intends to acquire upwards of 300 homes and while targeting larger portfolios of single family homes.

Multifamily Acquisitions In mid-2013, Restore launched a multifamily acquisitions strategy focused on small to mid-size Class B and C multifamily assets throughout greater Salt Lake. The firm intends to invest $20mm over the next year in multifamily assets, focused on rehabbing and repositioning value added properties.

New Development Restore’s principals combine 40+ years of land entitlement and development experience, as well as ground up construction of single and multifamily properties. Restore’s pricipal’s have held positions at major development and homebuilding firms include Kennecott Land, Lennar and Catellus Residential. Restore will make select investments of $2-$20mm in land entitlement and development projects, as well as single and multifamily construction.
