The 500 Apartments is a 109-unit apartment complex located in South Salt Lake City, Utah It is located in a gentrifying eastside neighborhood only 2.5 miles from Sugar House. The 500 is approximately 13 minutes from downtown Salt Lake with I-15 freeway access within one and a half miles. The 500 offers very large floor plans and layouts with the average unit size at 1,050 square feet.
Restore West increased the curb appeal through an exterior overhaul including a pavilion, dog park, renovated leasing office and updating the mansard roofs, pop outs and balconies. Restore West is also renovating the interiors with new kitchens, flooring, paint and bathrooms.
